Three Questions

When you're starting your day, ask yourself:

  1. What did I do yesterday?
  2. What will I do today?
  3. Are there any blockers in my way?

The first question helps you reflect on your progress. The second question sets a clear intention for the day. The third question identifies any impediments [1].
