Sleep

I'm not a doctor, but here are some things I've done that have improved my sleep in no particular order:

  1. Wear a sleep mask
  2. Use earplugs
  3. Have blackout curtains
  4. Cover lights with tape
  5. Use automated smart blinds/curtains/lights
  6. Keep a consistent sleep schedule
  7. Use a CPAP machine [1]
  8. Avoid caffeine after noon
  9. Use melatonin on occasion, but buy the lowest dose available
  10. Use an ergonomic head and knee pillow [2]
  11. Create background noise with a phone, fan, or air filter
  12. Use night mode on all devices [3] [4]
  13. New mattress [5]
