Task Time Energy Threshold

Every task has a certain amount of time and energy required to complete it.

You also have some level of time and energy available to you.

To successfully complete a task, your available time and energy must meet or exceed the task's time and energy threshold.

This means you can:

  1. Decrease the task's time and energy requirements to fit within your available resources.

    • This can include breaking the task into smaller parts, simplifying it, or delegating it.
  2. Increase your available time and energy to meet the task's requirements.

    • This can include resting or boosting your energy, creating more time in your schedule by reprioritizing, or delegating other tasks.
